Where do I begin…Dave(Great White Shark 😄), Sevi(absolute Gem) and the rest of the team were simply unbelievable. From the time we met Dave his enthusiasm and 150% commitment was what sold us to trust him in being able to sell our home. May I add within 2 days! From the moment of the very first phone call, Melissa Bergmann exuded enthusiasm and confidence. It seemed she was always available, promptly returning my texts, emails, and phone calls. She had an informative answer for every questioned I asked. Whenever I wanted to see a property, it was never a problem and accomplished in short order. The innovative technology used by Melissa to email properties as they listed and the ability to customize my criteria, was invaluable and allowed me to efficiently select which properties to visit. She did however save the best for last. It was during the offers and negotiations where Melissa’s experience and knowledge exceeded all expectations. Her offer amount recommendations throughout the negotiations proved prophetic and successfully sealed us the deal; not to mention for tens of thousands less than I was expecting! I highly recommend Melissa and Team Elfassy. I will definitely be using them again for my next sale and/or purchase.

Nicole Elfassy understood us and our vision! With our specific needs and in an extremely tight geographic area Nicole helped us find the house we wanted within our budget, the communication with her during and after-sale were phenomenal as she always made herself available to answer any question or concern we had. We had bought our new home and sold our old for top dollar in a tight time frame of two weeks – Nicole and her team of stagers, photographers, and home inspector made sure this period was a stressless as it gets!
