He guided us through the process, told us how to improve the look of our house to make it neutral so any potential buyer could imagine themselves in the house. We had an open house that had so many people, he had help keeping the numbers in the house to a manageable amount.</p> <p>We haven't sold a house for many years, and Dave helped us feel relaxed and guided us through what needed to be done.
