<p>I have known Dave Elfassy as a neighbour and dog owner for about 9 years. We have always had a friendly chit chat but until I decided to sell my house ,did I actually really see what the Dave Elfassy Team is really about. Dave is caring, compassionate, professional,<br /> articulate, has a finite idea on attention to detail and above all delivers an unbelievable house selling experience. Dave , as well as his associate Steve Hazout, came by my house and went through exactly what I needed to do , how I needed to do it and what my timelines would be in order to get my house on the market. They were incredibly patient, came by to see the progress and continued to give me pointers and advice.<br /> Once we were ready for the videographer/Photographer etc, Dave organized everything<br />to work with my crazy work schedule. The artwork, marketing, networking,<br />and final web page for my house was beyond anything I could ever have wished or<br />dreamt of. My house looked like a dream out of a house and home magazine. I wanted to buy my house all over again. The appointments for viewing my house, were quick, crazy and an unbelievable amount of people .. Approx 150 people ..Went through my house in five days . We had to cancel one of the open days and move the offer day back by three days.Throughout the selling process, Dave was patient with my questions and when the offers came in he and Steve conducted themselves with integrity and professionalism.<br /> My house was sold in five days at well over the asking price ! I was thrilled with the workmanship, and am grateful for Dave's expertise. I would highly recommend Dave and his team. Here is a genuine shout out to a fabulous team!!! Well done!! I will certainly retain this team when I purchase my condo in the next few months!</p>

<p>About three years ago we decided that it was time to look into moving. We interviewed about three agents that we had seen with listings around our area. Many were friendly at first but after their 30 minute speil, they all wanted us to sign on the dotted line – we didn’t want to feel pressured, nor were we ready to begin being shown house after house, so we decided to begin going to open houses to see what was out there. We looked at first on our own and when we were ready, we had come across Dave and team during our open house search throughout the years, and decided Dave's professional buy/sell offerings were what we wanted in a 21st century realtor. After contacting him it didn’t take long for us to find a house that was not only the right price, but one that really clicked with us. In Toronto’s market it’s important to have an agent that understands ‘us’, and that’s exactly what we found with Sean Millar from Dave’s team, and Dave when we sold our house. We’re pleased to say that both Dave and Sean are two wonderful, energetic individuals who take pride in their work, know a lot about the industry, and are always there when we have a question. We look forward to packing the house and moving shortly!</p>

<p>When my husband and I decided to separate, finding a place to live was at the top of my long list of important things to take care of. I have many realtors among my family and friends, but I wanted to work with someone that was neutral - only focused on finding the right house for me - not caught-up in everything else that was going on.</p> <p>I drove around the neighbourhood where I was hoping to land and I saw Dave's sign on a couple of properties. I called him and told him about my situation and that I wouldn't likely be able to commit to a property for a few months (until the legal ducks were in a row), but I wanted to educate myself on the market and become familiar with the kinds of properties, prices, etc, etc. "No problem, Doris - I'll hook you up with daily listings of properties that you might be interested in, and we'll go see whatever you want".</p> <p>Months went by, and we looked at lots of properties. Finally, as the legal and financial issues were resolved, I was ready to pass go.</p> <p>We found a property that I thought was the right one for me. Now, this is where you want your agent to really shine. Dave was fantastic!! He knew when to show interest, and when to pull back; what cards to play and when to play them. He got me the house that hit all of my buttons at, the best price.</p> <p>I am forever grateful for how Dave took care of me in this transition. I feel like he looked out for me like a brother. He is a great listener and has a keen talent for distilling the important from the fluff. All-in-all, the important thing is that I never felt alone. I knew that I always had Dave in my corner as a great sounding board and even when he disagreed with me, he could see things from my perspective. These are the talents that you want in a realty professional and Dave has them all!!!</p> <p>I would highly recommend Dave Elfassy for his market knowledge, keen ability to understand the needs of his clients, and savvy negotiating skills!
