Darryl went above and beyond in looking out for us, both in selling our home and purchasing another. He gave great advice, stayed in communication with us and explained the process thoroughly. He is very knowledgeable about the local market and we could not have obtained as good an outcome on our own.

Darryl made selling a house from out of town easy. Not only did we sell quickly because we priced correctly for the market using his research, Darryl went over and above to help coordinate with 3rd party contacts and really made sure all aspects of the process were covered. This is our second property listed with Darryl and I would not hesitate to list another with him.

He offered advice without being pushy, he listened to our concerns and input and he was within close communication every step of the way. He was available to answer our questions or perform needed tasks whatever the time of day. His demeanour was approachable, friendly and genuine.
