Darryl helped me find my first home in Edmonton. As a new resident of Edmonton, he was very informative about the different areas of town and helped me aim for nicer areas and steer clear of certain spots. We looked at a lot of houses and he was knowledgeable about common things that may need attention in the older homes I was interested in which saved me from breaking the bank. After a long half-year of looking we finally found a house that fit my needs. It took me a while to decide on something and Darryl was super patient throughout the whole process. He was always easy to reach whenever I had questions and I never felt pressured into buying something that was over my budget. He walked me though the entire house-buying process (as this was my first house purchase) which made it a breeze. Overall I would highly recommend Darryl and will be calling him next time I need a realtor!

We had a great experience working with Darryl when selling our house. He gave us valuable advice so that we priced and negotiated effectively. He listened to what we wanted. He was very prompt in replying to texts and emails and was always available to us no matter what time of day or what day of the week. We felt like he was working for us 24/7! I felt that Darryl went out of his way to accommodate me and I truly appreciate all the time he gave me. In hindsight I think he knew which property would be great for me. Even though I liked it the first time I saw it I wasn’t ready to commit. Darryl was very patient and continued to show me properties I was interested in. Darryl Locke and Rachelle Cholak were professional, experienced, and competent realtors who were honest and upfront about pricing my house based on the district, amenities, housing characteristics, and in accordance with my timeline. My house was up for sale within a week of talking with Darryl and sold 10 days after that (above asking price! with multiple offers) which is a reflection of his abilities to negotiate and act in my best interest.
