I felt that Darryl went out of his way to accommodate me and I truly appreciate all the time he gave me. In hindsight I think he knew which property would be great for me. Even though I liked it the first time I saw it I wasn’t ready to commit. Darryl was very patient and continued to show me properties I was interested in. He was never pushy and I felt he was honest and would not only point out the good points in each property but also concerns if there were any. I would definitely recommend Darryl to any of my friends or family that are looking for a property.

Darryl Locke and Rachelle Cholak were professional, experienced, and competent realtors who were honest and upfront about pricing my house based on the district, amenities, housing characteristics, and in accordance with my timeline. My house was up for sale within a week of talking with Darryl and sold 10 days after that (above asking price! with multiple offers) which is a reflection of his abilities to negotiate and act in my best interest. He is professional yet personable, and I highly recommend if you are looking for a realtor to contact Darryl for an easy selling experience!
