Darren is exceptional at what he does and I wouldn’t trust anyone else. He has assisted us through various purchases and sales and has always exceeded our expectations. He has strong market knowledge, excellent negotiation skills and a communication style that is welcomed by both clients and peers in the industry.

I reached out to Darren to show me a few listings with no intention of buying now. He was quick to respond and lined up the showings efficiently to make the most of the time. He was methodical in choosing the showings and allowed time to be able to go back and view several of the same condos to enable a proper comparison. We talked through comparables, strategy with the offer and different scenarios should the offer not be accepted. We then very quickly put my house on the market with pictures beautifully showcasing my home online within days. Again we strategized on how to obtain the best offer and my home sold within a day. Darren was quick with responses, talked me through the psychology of buying and selling and supported me throughout the whirlwind of a journey. Buying and selling are stressful and Darren managed both my emotions and expectations. In a very precarious market he successfully managed the purchase and sale in record time providing incredible support. I would recommend Darren for his personable demeanor, responsiveness and his ability to work with his client providing several scenarios for approach.

Darren did a fabulous job of keeping me informed of the market prior to the sale of my house. It's nice when you can count on your real estate agent for detailed market information and still feel be comfortable texting throughout each day, and knowing that there is no hidden agenda. Just pure honesty, sincere concern for my well being and him and always wanting to better inform me. Darren never left my side and helped me make my decision. He was always kind, honest, professional and never pushy. He always guided me and helped me decide what my next step would be. When planning to sell my house, Darren suggested and arranged for my house to be staged…his staging team was spectacular! This played a huge role in the amount of showings we had and the end result of selling for $154K over asking price. So many other key factors, the video he made made for the mis listing was high quality with amazing mood music in the background. From the small details of clearing out all closet space to the "cinnamon scented glade plug in" on the main floor. Darren offered amazing ideas and suggestions that got me to where I am today. I am extremely thankful for my relationship with both Melissa and Darren. They are not "just real estate agents". They are specialists, experts and gurus in this industry. They are a partners with me, they are my friends, they inspire me to to want to know more about the realestate market, and make me feel excited about my future here in Georgetown.
