From the first contact with Darren we felt he understood our objectives and priorities. He had a good knowledge of the surrounding area and the house values in our particular location. He conducted a thorough house inspection and review of the property. We had over 40 viewings and narrowed it down to 4. Darren was extremely effective in the final process and we selected the buyer within 3 hours of our final review. All of our objectives were achieved. Darren was also available when we met with the buyer for a walk through the house and property and assisted in all after sales functions including some assets that the buyer was interested in purchasing.
