I would like to share our experience with Darren . We had listed with another agent and found his communication and way of telling us how to price was not good or his professional attitude and privacy of personal information. My neighbor ‘s partner used Darren to sell his house and he highly recommended him . I looked at Darren’s reviews before we called him and found they all had good things to say as well as he had alot of hustle in him to get the job done . Well we thought let’s give him a try he came in showed us a very good way of compared houses that sold and gave us a price . He knows how to price homes and how to sell them . We sold within 14 days ! We cannot say how much Darren not only knows his market but knows how to negotiate on your behave . He can play out the whole day to the exact numbers . We will most definitely recommend him to friends as well when we are ready to sell in quite a few years we will get Darren again . Thank you so much Darren you took a lot of stress off us .

I listed my house for sale last year with a different company. It was listed for nearly a year in one of the worst real estate markets in the past two decades. Nothing was moving.
