As a first time homebuyer Daphne was very informative as to what to expect as a first time homebuyer as well as the process. Daphne kept us in the loop the entire time and was always there to answer any questions we had. She was very accommodating to our schedule as we both work full time and the evening was all we had available. We highly recommend Daphne at REMAX Encore to anybody looking to buy or sell a home!

This was a unique transaction since the purchase of the property and outbuildings was sight unseen due to Covid-19 and we live in Florida. Daphne was able to provide us with google earth coordinates and pictures from her portfolio. She made arrangements with the vendor to allow a relative to go on the property (158 acres) to look around. She helped with getting all funds needed with having to keep in mind the US-Canada exchange rate. She coordinated with an attorney for a problem free closing. She was always pleasant and patient.
