This was my third time working with Daphne. She is always my first choice when it came to selling or buying. She is easy to connect with and is very outgoing. She was knowledgeable of the area and helped me make sure that I had all the resources and information to make the decisions that were right for me. Thank you Daphne for your help in selling my home. Appreciate the fact that, Daphne gave us a review of the property as to what we should do and what wasn't necessary to do for the sale of the property, a year before we listed it. Example We were going to refinish the hardwood floors, Daphne informed us that's buyers prefer to do it, themselves

Daphne helped us greatly during a very hard time as our mom had a stroke and we need to sell her home. She was empathetic to our situation and explained everything in great detail as this was the first time we (my sister and I) have ever had to sell a home. Though it took a while to sell based on location (Teulon,mb) she came to us to advise that new pictures should be taken and listing renewed. We greatly appreciated everything she had done for us.

I would not hesitate to recommend Daphne to friends and family, in fact I have. Daphne kept me informed every step of the way and was always very professional and upbeat. She was more then willing to support my decision to not slash pricing but to ride it out. If I am ever in the market to once again own real estate, Daphne is the realtor I will call.
