Normally, I do not give 5 star reviews... As there is always some room for improvement. But everything about Daphne is 5 star! Number one ... She knew her stuff - neighbourhoods, the market, the art of selling a house .... The do's and don'ts, the whys and why nots. She has a wealth of knowledge, and was always available when I had questions or concerns regarding both buying and selling processes (I have been on both sides of the transaction with Daphne). Never more than a phone call away, she is always caring and committed to the best experience possible. Reality checks come included her services, if required of course (which I personally sometimes needed). She can give you a perspective you may have not considered and is honest - this is huge. I would never trust anyone else for either the purchase or sale of another home. Daphne is in the business to find the right house for your family ... period. She was always fair, professional and in it for you. Highly recommended - seriously, you never knew the real estate experience could be so good!

I can't say enough good things about Daphne. What a great individual and an excellent realtor. I would recommend her to anyone, anywhere, all the time. I am so happy with my home, and Daphne did such an amazing job navigating the process to make sure I got the right place.

Daphne was always wonderfully professional and easy to get a hold of. Never had any issues getting a hold of her and she was always very accommodating for wherever and whenever you wanted to meet. As a first time home buyer the process was most certainly very daunting and Daphne always made sure the process was clear and concise. The only things I could think of for any type of improvement is a bit more knowledge of the rural amenities such as well water treatment and farm buildings. Certain things like knowing the well depth and type, the water treatments being used or other tidbits that make the post buying work easier to accomplish and plan for. Overall I had a wonderful experience with Daphne and would not hesitate to recommend her to anyone in the area looking to buy or sell a home.
