Danny is the right choice for anyone looking for a new home, whether you know what you want or are still discovering what's best for you and your family. Danny was sincerely great to work with, insightful, pleasant and acted more like a friend than an agent. Amid a pandemic, moving from another province, being empty nesters and moving to an area we were not entirely familiar with, Danny made it enjoyable and comfortable every step of the way. Danny efficiently identified our needs and wants and built plans to ultimately deliver our dream home. At no time did Danny rush us or convince Allison or me to hasten into a purchase. Danny did the opposite. The process took a lengthy amount of time, and Danny was the most patient of us all, helping us avoid the mistake of buying homes that were close to what we desired, but ultimately was not what we wanted or needed. In the end, we got exactly what we wanted and for the right price.

Danny is a good listener. He doesn’t waste time with useless talk. When it came to negotiation for the sale of our house we were glad we had Danny. He could read the purchasers strategy and used his experience and professionalism to negotiate a price we were happy with.

Danny was great!!! He was very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. I would recommend him to anyone. He was always quick to respond to questions, was never pushy, and took his time with us. This was a huge help given we were trying to buy right as the Covid pandemic hit.
