Danny was incredible to work with. He was fast, efficient and easy going. It was such a smooth process for our first home! Danny gave great advice and recommendations. I wouldn’t hesitate to have any family or friend use Danny in the future. Danny was able to give us contacts for repairs and quotes as well as from just being a homeowner. He stayed in contact and went over and above with the buyers agent as well as our lawyer and mortgage broker.

Danny was absolutely fantastic to work with on our recent home purchase. He helped us purchase a quick possession home from a builder and took the time to understand our needs and which elements were most important to us in negotiating the deal. Because he took the time to understand our needs and where we were flexible, he was able to negotiate for a much better price than we had anticipated. He was extremely responsive and good at gauging market conditions to get us the best deal possible. We have worked with Danny in the past and recommended him to friends who were all equally happy with his services.
