Danny Green is in a class of its own. From tge first time we met with Danny, he took all the necessary time to educate us on the Calgary market, what each community had to offer, market value, etc.. Availability was outstanding, anytime we requested a visit he made sure to make himself available and that we would waste no time in such a competitive market. Negociation was well planned and executed. Once we purchased, he connexted us with all quality people to make sure transaction would go smoothly. Finally Danny followed up after the transaction to ensure there was no surprise after closing. On the sale side of thing, he took care of everything and made it so easy for us, never had such a great experience selling in the past. He sold my 2 properties in 2023 and 2024, even I have to complete leave the city during the selling process for my second property, he managed the good communication to get the things moving forward.
