As a first-time home buyer, finding an agent can feel really overwhelming. I met Dana at an open house and we hit it off right away, and she invited me to her first time home-buyers seminar. When you're not represented and attending open houses, the follow-ups can feel like a lot, but with Dana, I could tell that she genuinely cared which was really refreshing! Throughout the process, she was extremely professional, helpful, and answered my probably hundreds of questions with ease. She arranged showings quickly and efficiently, patiently navigated me figuring out what was important to me in a home, and was able to refer me to some other truly fabulous professionals that made the process significantly less stressful than it could have been. Dana is extremely knowledgeable, caring, and well-connected. I was extremely impressed at how thorough she was, the amount of research she did and how quickly she followed up with information - often the same day or evening after a showing. In talking with friends and family about my experience with Dana, they were impressed at how above and beyond she went compared to their experiences with their own agents, and commented on how lucky I was to have found someone great to help me with my first home. Dana has been my one and only realtor for over 7 years due to her professionalism, expertise, and attention to detail. Dana is an excellent agent! She helped us get the exact house we wanted right in the neighbourhood we wanted, down to the exact street desired! She is very knowledgeable and helped us navigate the buy in a new province where we were used to different rules from another province. She took her time to explain differences to us, never made us feel foolish for asking questions and made sure we clearly understood her answers. She helped us navigate and coordinate all the necessary contractors for inspections and quotes before the conditional period ended - and there was lots to do. She made a very stressful and complex time very smooth sailing. She made expectations clear and helped us get a fair price for the property. Would highly recommend Dana for all homebuyers, whether first time home buyer or not.

My partner and I were looking to move to Ottawa and buy our first home from out-of-province, and Dana simplified every step for us. From meeting with us virtually and gathering listings, to showing us 6 properties in one day so we wouldn’t have to travel often, to providing expert advice on the areas we were looking in and the pros and cons of each home. When we ended up choosing new construction, Dana helped liase with the builder and all of the service providers we needed, and even helped us find non-home related info like how to switch our drivers licences over. Dana is always easy to reach and is probably the friendliest person you’ll meet. She had and continues to have our best interest as her priority, and we’re so grateful to have had her help us along the way!
