I highly recommend Dana to assist you with your purchase or sale. My last transaction, working with Dana, was selling my house in Merrickville. She virtually does go above and beyond. I was dealing with family matters over 500 Km away and she handled everything for me, so that I didn't have to travel back and forth. She is very knowledgeable of Ottawa and the surrounding communities and her recommendations for listing price, timing and assessment of potential buyers was so valuable. But back to the above and beyond; In my absence, she left packing materials in my house so that when I was back I wouldn't have to take the time to shop for them and she assisted me with some of the furniture that I didn't want to keep. In addition, there could have been issues with a sump pump in the basement, so she diligently checked that it was functioning on a regular basis. She watered my plants and staged the house beautifully. She was always available as a liaison between me and the purchaser's team for the back and forth flow of questions and information. Considering the challenges for her of the distance and my distraction with family matters, it was a perfectly smoothly executed transaction, thanks to Dana.

Dana was very thorough and attentive to my needs. With her vast knowledge of real estate and related areas, she answered all my questions and provided links and tips along the way. We were shopping during a month where properties were being sold as quickly as they were listed, but Dana patiently booked house after house until i found one that i could customise.
