I cannot say enough great things about Dana. She is an amazing agent and person. She understood what we wanted and was always on the look out for something that met our needs. When we finally found what would be our new place she seamlessly guided us through the process and answered all of our questions. We were so impressed with how she handled the purchase of our new house that we used her for the sale of our existing home at the time. With the sale of our home she did an amazing job with staging, photos, and the open house. Our place sold quickly and for more than we expected to get. Infact one of our neighbors was so impressed with her work that they used her for the sale of their home. We would not hesitate to call Dana future for any real-estate transaction.

I highly recommend Dana to assist you with your purchase or sale. My last transaction, working with Dana, was selling my house in Merrickville. She virtually does go above and beyond. I was dealing with family matters over 500 Km away and she handled everything for me, so that I didn't have to travel back and forth. She is very knowledgeable of Ottawa and the surrounding communities and her recommendations for listing price, timing and assessment of potential buyers was so valuable. But back to the above and beyond; In my absence, she left packing materials in my house so that when I was back I wouldn't have to take the time to shop for them and she assisted me with some of the furniture that I didn't want to keep. In addition, there could have been issues with a sump pump in the basement, so she diligently checked that it was functioning on a regular basis. She watered my plants and staged the house beautifully. She was always available as a liaison between me and the purchaser's team for the back and forth flow of questions and information. Considering the challenges for her of the distance and my distraction with family matters, it was a perfectly smoothly executed transaction, thanks to Dana.

Dana was very thorough and attentive to my needs. With her vast knowledge of real estate and related areas, she answered all my questions and provided links and tips along the way. We were shopping during a month where properties were being sold as quickly as they were listed, but Dana patiently booked house after house until i found one that i could customise. For my next home, i will absolutely ask for the services of this bright, friendly, trustworthy, professional agent who does her job with integrity!
