Dana was our Realtor for the sale of our detached home in Cityview. Ours was one of the original homes in an area that has been seeing a lot of tear-down/rebuilds and infills, so we weren't sure how we could best market the property. Over the course of several months, she advised us on the kinds of improvements that would net us the best returns, how we could stage the property for best impact, and what things we could leave as they were. As we prepared the property to list, she met with us several times to discuss marketing strategy (including when in the year we were likely to get many eyes on our listing), and after we did list, was happy to hold as many open houses as we wanted. When we had to pull our listing due to unforeseen circumstances, she took it all in stride (much better than we did, to be honest), and reassured prospective buyers that we would be listing again as soon as we had resolved the unrelated problem that had arisen. Within a few hours of our relisting, we had three showings booked, which led to three competing offers. We were able to sell above asking (at at time when interest rates were still high) and to feel good about how we had readied our property for the new owners. Simply put, she was fantastic; I give her my highest recommendation.

Very patient. Dana has been our real estate agent for over five years and she never pressured us to buy until we were ready.
