<p>Dallas is both experienced in business, construction and cabinets and finishing. He is from Victoria as well, and is very familiar to the neighbourhoods and amenities.This was all really important for us as we know Victoria only somewhat, and lived in Manitoba.</p> <p>We actually bought without seeing the property. Dallas used FaceTime for our tour and was able to point out quality or issues.We emailed and phoned more than most people because we were not there, and Dallas always responded and got us the information we needed. Also with a very hot market, Dallas needed to be available to view as properties came up, and this was never a problem.</p> <p>Dallas was able to work with both cooperative and uncooperative agents and sellers, in a very professional and patient way.</p> <p>We knew Dallas wanted us to be very happy with our property, focused on what we were looking for, and would rather we took our time than make a sale.This has not always been our experience in the past, so we really appreciated that!</p> <p>The long distance aspect also went surprisingly easy due to technology available. Very happy with our choice of agent!</p>
