Dallas was amazing to work with & we would highly recommend him. Following his professional advice, led to us securing our new home below asking price in a very hot market. He also went above & beyond... with a beautiful housewarming basket (filled with locally made goodies), recommending the perfect team of professionals for us to work with on the close of our house, checking in to see how we were enjoying our home (after possession), taking care of an issue long after the purchase was done, & surprising us with a lovely Christmas card & gift from him & his family. We really can't say enough good things about Dallas ...& when we are ready.. we will be using him again, without hesitation.

We bought our home from out of province, sight unseen! Dallas was amazing to work with. He went above and beyond in helping organize FaceTime viewings, all the details of the sale and answering all our questions. It is evident Dallas knows the city, the market and the ins and outs of homeownership/ buying and selling of properties. You know your realtor cares when he is accessible any time (especially with us being in Ontario for our purchase). He was quick to respond to all our questions and concerns.
