We called Dale and he listed and SOLD our house within 24 hours. By the time the sign was up it was ready for a sold sticker which means he priced us perfectly for the current market. His customer service was absolutely “spot on”! He answered our concerns immediately and returned our calls in a very timely manner if we left a message. I would suggest that makes him an exceptional realtor, and he is your person should you decide to sell.

I didn't know about this site until now, but I've known Dale for nearly 20 years. He was our realtor when we bought a townhouse in Victoria in 2006, he was our realtor when we had to sell it in 2016, and when I knew I was coming back to Victoria in June of 2020, my wife and I didn't even think of asking another realtor; we knew we wanted Dale to act for us. He is, at all times, friendly, professional, available - I had to contact him on a weekend once, much though I didn't want to - he was there for us. He liaised smoothly with our bank and our lawyer, ensuring that everything went without any hitches. As our most recent purchase was during the pandemic, he went out of his way to enable a remote buying decision, including giving us a virtual real-time tour of the home we were considering. I know Dale will retire one of these days, and it will be a well-deserved retirement... but Victoria will have lost the skill and knowledge of a realtor truly a cut above the rest.

I met with Dale about selling my condo just prior to the pandemic lockdown. He kept in touch with me and advised on the best timing to put it up for sale. He also gave great advice on prepping it to show. When the time came to go to market, he followed Covid restrictions to make the showings safe and was able to work with me remotely to mitigate the risk of face-to-face contact. With his experience and connections, the condo sold in less than a week at asking price. Dale is professional and competent, and I definitely recommend him as an estate agent.
