He then carved a considerable amount of time from his busy schedule to show us around during the short time we had. He was very patient, and was always happy to answer our many questions and explain why houses were priced a certain way or what the market was doing. Finally, his local experience and knowledge was very evident, he has clearly been working in this market a long time and it shows. Overall, we found a great house thanks to Dale, and we really appreciate all of his help!
