Most fabulous realtor. We were new to the area, Dale helped us in every way possible. We bought in a crazy market and the calm Dale brought was exceptional. We actually bought our house with a subject to viewing. The listing popped up and Dale and his wife went and looked at it for us and he called and said you need to put in an offer, so we did. This was a Tuesday and we came out and looked Saturday and loved the house and the area. We had a hard time finding an inspector on such short notice Dale called in a favour and everything went smoothly. This man is fabulous!! We live in a beautiful house in an amazing area all thanks to Dale.
