Curtus is an absolute pro! I had previously bought a couple properties off market but had never gone through an agent before. Curtus’s expertise was very evident from day one! He made solid recommendations on listings to look at, pointed out a lot of things I never thought to look at before and calmed my overthinking when trying to narrow down the top pics. He also provided great inside from the perspective of being a real estate investor as we were looking at properties with rental potential as well. Tremendous knowledge, great communication and an absolute pro the every step of the way.
