My fiancé and I recently purchased our first home, and we couldn't have done it without Curtus. From the very beginning, he was incredibly knowledgeable and guided us through every step of the process. As first-time homebuyers, we had a lot of questions, and he was always patient and thorough in his explanations. He made what could have been a stressful experience smooth and enjoyable. His expertise in the market, attention to detail, and genuine care for our needs set him apart. We highly recommend Curtus to anyone looking to buy a home!

Curtis directed me through all the steps of being a first time home buyer and owner. He helped me with the offer, directed me to the investigator, and to the lawyer for each step of the process. He answered my questions through the process when I was confused to help me understand. He calmed my nerves through this process as at times I felt overwhelmed with each step. He also provided with the help of his wife a welcome gift for the finishing of the process. I felt assured and appreciated through the whole process of the purchasing of the house.

Had at great experience with Curtus Collins. He went above my expectations. Would give him more then 5 stars if I could!!!!

We have used Curtis twice now and he has been Excellent to work with. When we were selling I found his marketing of our property better than other agents proposed so it make the selling process much better . I’ll refer him for sure !
