<p>This is the third transaction Craig has handled for me. I continue to choose and recommend Craig because he is practical and no nonsense, he will tell you the market, the good and the bad equally, he does not just tell you what you want to hear. Craig takes time to understand what you want in a sale or a purchase and then tailors his advice and approach to the individual circumstance to meet your needs. Comminication is strong during the process and questions/calls etc. are answered quickly and thoughtfully. Craig has the knowledge and experience to present a balanced and detailed approach to widely varying transactions. I trust and highly recommend Craig and will continue to use his services for future deals.</p>

<p>I used Craig one time in Regina and he was great. I had already buyer's knowledge as I had bought multiples houses etc before but Craig came on top of any other real estate agents I have EVER used. I have referred Craig in many occasions since and all my friends and business was associates we all successful with their purchases or sales.</p> <p>Call Craig you won't be disappointed!</p>

<p>Craig was wonderful to deal with through both the selling of our home and the purchase of our new condo. He was willing to sit down with my husband and I and answer all of our many, many questions. It was very stress free to have Craig as our agent as he dealt with absolutely everything on our behalf. I would have no issue at all recommending him to anyone that wants a positive experience in either buying or selling their home.</p>

<p>Craig and his team were very professional. We are experienced home buyers but Craig taught us a couple things that we didn't know in the past that will help us if and when we buy and sell again. I would strongly recommend Craig.</p>

<p>My wife and I consider ourselves reasonably savvy when it comes to real estate transactions and negotiations. Having said that, Craig was very respectful of our knowledge but never assumed we knew something that may have been "obvious"! He is very knowledgeable about construction and was able to point out deficiencies that may be quite costly in the not too distant future. Craig was also very efficient in getting us into newly listed homes and patient with us as we dragged him along to homes that didn't fit the criteria we initially discussed with him. He was also excellent at using his team members to get us into home immediately if he was unavailable at that moment.</p> <p>Probably the most respectful thing that Craig did for us was to not pressure us into buying! In fact, when Craig got the feeling we were about to "settle" he quickly reigned us in and kept us focused on what we were looking for. Craig was certainly not after a quick sale. Throughout the entire process he demonstrated integrity, patience and knowledge! Both my wife and I highly recommend Craig and his team regardless of whether you are a savvy buyer or a first time home buyer.</p>
