Craig was realistic and paid attention to my desires in this transaction. He presented his evaluation and had no problem with me listing slightly below his suggested list price. The property was listed very quickly and the photographs attracted the right kind of attention. Ultimately the house sold in 5 days despite the current state of the market in Regina. He is an excellent agent to use if you’re looking for information and feedback but don’t want an agent who tries to exert pressure/influence.

The whole process with Craig was outstanding from start to finish. I enlisted Craig to sell our house. He and his team kept me informed throughout the whole process. The local market here in Regina is a buyers market. Thus prices have drifted down. Our house was on the market for about 4 months and we wanted to sell it before winter. So Craig advised we reprice and we got an offer. When Craig presented the offer to myself he had a meeting with me to really take a long hard look at the number that was offered. We talked about all the circumstances around the price offered, the local market and the carrying costs as well as the fact that local prices are still drifting downwards . I left his office took a pen, paper and a calculator figured out the price versus carrying the house for another 6 months or longer and based on Craig's discussion considering all of the other points of the local market conditions as well as comparable sales, market still drifting downwards and Craig was right on all these points. Craig helped me make the right decision based on facts not emotion. Whether you are listing or in the market to purchase real estate in the Regina and surrounding area I highly recommend using Craig Adam and his team.

We were very happy that our home sold in a timely manner in a stagnant market. Craig priced the home spot on. His assistant Aubree is super - very on top of things and quick to respond. The only thing lacking is that there was no communication right before or after closing - no congrats, etc or even a phone call to say thanks for the business. That was disappointing.
