Working with Craig was such a pleasure. Everything happened so smoothly. I felt like I had such quick response; the house was listed, several showings in the first two days, multiple good offers, and the sale was complete within 2 weeks of my first meeting with Craig. It can be emotionally complex to sell a house that has been home for your family for over 20 years. Craig gave the right amount of information, and support to reduce my stress. Overall the service from Craig was excellent, with the perfect balance of caring and competence!
