<p>My wife and I consider ourselves reasonably savvy when it comes to real estate transactions and negotiations. Having said that, Craig was very respectful of our knowledge but never assumed we knew something that may have been "obvious"! He is very knowledgeable about construction and was able to point out deficiencies that may be quite costly in the not too distant future. Craig was also very efficient in getting us into newly listed homes and patient with us as we dragged him along to homes that didn't fit the criteria we initially discussed with him. He was also excellent at using his team members to get us into home immediately if he was unavailable at that moment.</p> <p>Probably the most respectful thing that Craig did for us was to not pressure us into buying! In fact, when Craig got the feeling we were about to "settle" he quickly reigned us in and kept us focused on what we were looking for. Craig was certainly not after a quick sale. Throughout the entire process he demonstrated integrity, patience and knowledge! Both my wife and I highly recommend Craig and his team regardless of whether you are a savvy buyer or a first time home buyer.</p>

<p>Craig was easy to work with and made the house selling experience very painless. He responded promptly to questions and took time to explain the process. Within 36 hrs of listing we had 10 requests for showing, had an offer the first day and completed the sale within a week. Outstanding!</p>
