I was very pleased with the professional service that Craig provided on my real estate transactions. This included the information provided on market data prior to listing the precautions taken for COVID-19 during showings and the feedback provided after showings occurred. Craig was also very effective at listening and communicating with his colleagues to find a way to bridge and resolve differences during final sale negotiations.

<p>Our house sold within 2 days of being listed on MLS for the full asking price. Several offers were received. Craig explained the current market, how the market has performed over the last few years and how our house fits into the market. This helped us to work with Craig to determine the best selling price. Craig helped us to make sure the house was ready to sell. He arranged for professional photography of our home and later provided us with the photos as a keepsake. To facilitate a quick possession date, Craig helped us with the hiring of a moving company and specialty mover for our piano. Both provided excellent service. Overall Craig worked with us to make sure the sale of our home was handled professionally and efficiently. We really enjoyed working with Craig and would highly recommend him.</p>
