I live on Ontario, and I had no knowledge of realtors in Sask. My daughter has a friend in realty from Ontario who knew Craig, said he was a very honest, reliable guy.So that is how I met Craig on the internet. We have never met in person, so what I know of him is what I learned from texting or on the phone. He gave me tons of info on how he evaluated the home, then he prepared the home for inspection, hiring a cleaner even, to make it more presentable. He has always been honest with me, letting me know what was happening.He notified me if something required fixing, and also communicated with my lawyer. He sold the house almost immediately. I am so grateful for all his guidance , and for keeping me aware of everything as it was happening. He made the selling of this house painless.

Craig and his team were effective and efficient in listing, showing, and eventually successfully selling the property. I found Craig to be open, honest and very trustworthy in working on my behalf. I highly recommend working with Craig and his sales team.
