Craig was a very good agent. He was able to give information to both my husband and I about the area and what types of houses were comparable. He knew about our neighborhood and what we should set the price of our house at. We sold the house within 4 days and we got over asking price. He did keep in contact with us except about when the house inspection was going to be. We then had to scramble a bit to get out of the house. Overall he was very good except for the house inspection. We would recommend him to anyone!
