we are pleased with Craig's service. He is very helpful to guide us thought the process when we buying and selling our house. Craig gave us an objective view about the properties and realistic goals. He also helped us with our home staging process and that helped quite a lot as well.

<p>I have known Craig Finnman for a number of years and found him to be a very personable, straight-up sales agent who gets results. Craig is very knowledgeable and accommodating. He makes useful suggestions and recommendations to facilitate the process without coming across as pushy or aggressive. He is also very communicative and transparent so the client knows what's going on every step of the way.

The market at the time I listed my property was very slow. Craig gave me good advice on the value of my property and a realistic timeline that I could expect. There were a lot of viewings and not many offers but Craig stayed positive and worked hard at pursuing a deal that worked for both buyer and seller. A final sale was completed to the satisfaction of everyone involved.

I would need many more than 1, 000 characters to explain how amazing Craig Finnman of Remax Elite was throughout the entire selling process of our home located in the Edmonton area. When we first met Craig, he explained that his job is more service than sales. From the beginning, we were impressed with his personal approach, professional competence, attention to detail, negotiation skills and hard work. Craig's selling price analysis was a precise exercise in which his knowledge of the neighborhood provided us valuable insight into Edmonton's real estate market. This resulted in a final sale very close to our asking price and well above our original expectations. In addition, Craig knew how to market our home. The pictures on our listing were remarkable! His greatest attribute, "he listens" and because he is a seasoned professional, Craig was able to provide us expert advice and counsel to help navigate through the real estate process. He had led us through multiple rounds of negotiations to get the offer on our house. We accepted and Craig was there to advise us every step of the way all the way up to closing. We put our trust in Craig and it paid off. I'll never use another realtor and neither should you.
