Craig helped us with the purchase of our new home after the sale of our old one. He knew the market, knew the realtors, knew the property positives and cautions. He knew the stresses we felt, and was accommodating to our needs to see various properties and any second viewings as needed. Craig was called to get market value for my home, it had been involved in a fire, and i was sure that i was facing a total loss and posibly be left owing. Craig offerd some options and asked if he could suggest that we try to put it up for sale, within three days it was sold and for more than was the asking price.
