Colin Gatward has been first class since day one. He has been my agent for over 3 years when I bought pre-construction. He patiently waited, guided, explained and also helped me along the way. He referred me to the right Mortgage Broker towards the end, who got the deal done, even though there several serious complications as I was overseas. Colin took his time to inspect the property for me, as I could not get to Canada, and he collected the keys. I don't know what I would have don't without him. All I can say is that I can highly recommend him as his services were above and beyond.

We were so thrilled to have Colin help us buy our first home in Canada. There were so many small details he helped advise us on, the whole thing would have been so nerve-wracking had he not been there to guide us through everything. A lovely man too!

While our pre-sale in particular took at least 5 years to complete (the 2020 pandemic also delayed its completion date), Colin remembered to check in on us every year, and even helped me inspect my home the day we picked up the keys.
