This is the second time I've worked with Colin for a pre-sale purchase, and he was fantastic! He worked with us for over 6 years from purchase to completion, so for that alone he deserves 5 stars. We appreciate that he helped us secure the unit we wanted, advocated on our behalf to the developer, and shared details as soon as he knew them. I'd definitely work with him again.

Colin was recommended by another relator that we know and was extremely diligent in his approach. He didn’t sugar coat things or just try to make a quick sale he seemed genuinely wanting me to find the right property and gave me good ideas when coming up with my offer and when reading the minutes.
