Working with Colin was amazing! We are first time homebuyers and had many questions. Colin always went out of his way to explain things to us. He was always so quick to get back to us. He knew all the right questions to ask and what to look for when purchasing our pre sale. Once our condo was ready and we were given a move in date we were put into a potentially costly predicament and if it wasn’t for Colin’s help it could have been a disaster for my family. He was able to change our move in date and speak with the developers. We are so happy we found Colin as our realtor. I would highly recommend working with him!
