Colin Gatward helped me with the purchase of a townhouse in February 2024. As usual I received excellent support throughout the time it took to complete the building Colin Gatward attended the Orientation walk- through to learn about the building and possible deficiencies . I was unable to attend but I was confident Colin Gatward would take care of my best interests. When I received the keys the builder's staff reassured me everything was noted by Colin Gatward I feel fortunate to have discovered Colin Gatward. He takes time to answer questions and concerns. It's like having a good friend during the process of buying or selling your property.

Colin is a consummate professional with outstanding customer service skills. He responds to every email and phone call promptly and is very knowledgeable. He was the perfect person to guide me through the process of buying this apartment and I felt that he was protecting me and advising me of potential pitfalls along the way. He was very patient with all my stupid questions and I felt he was always looking out for my best interest. He is very kind and understanding and he knows his business inside and out. I recommend him highly and will use him again for any future purchases or sales.
