He made sure we were 100% happy before any decisions were made. Even after everything is finalized and we’re moved in, he is still there to make sure we are happy and help us anytime. Chuck was an excellent realtor. He was knowledgeable, professional, friendly, and very helpful. He communicated with us every step of the way. Chuck assisted us with looking for and buying our property in Nova Scotia. We are from Western Canada (BC), and given the current COVID19 restrictions, we were not able to travel to Nova Scotia to view the property etc. Chuck was of great help and gave us online video tours of various properties we were interested in, took pictures, asked important questions about the properties we viewed and made himself available to answer our endless questions. Despite of the time difference between Nova Scotia and BC, Chuck made sure to make himself available. Chuck is an outstanding realtor who looks after his clients’ needs and interests.
