It's easy to click the 5-Star rating but Chuck deserves everyone. He was a joy to work with, promises were kept, updates were on time and accurate, attention to detail was spot on. But also from a personal perspective, he listened to our family needs, understood what we were looking for in our new home and being that we were still in Ontario during the buying process made us feel at ease with the process. Going that extra mile to research and visit the homes so that we could make our decision from afar. I would highly recommend Chuck.

Chuck was absolutely amazing helping us facilitate the purchase of our home while living in another province. He continuously went above and beyond the call of duty to find information for us and noticed possible issues and inconsistencies that we never would have picked up on. He contacted people for us on our behalf to help with the issues discovered. We have now been in our new home for approx 2 months and Chuck has continued to check in occasionally and is always available to help us out if we come up with new questions or concerns! 100% recommend him for your needs, we will be passing his name on to everyone we know!
