It's not often I can't think of a single thing that someone can improve on. Chuck is an exemplary agent and, more importantly, a remarkable person. We would recommend him to anyone in the market for a home. We were buying from outside the country (itself a challenging ordeal) and were able to rely on Chuck for everything, from location to helping us find exactly what we wanted. His availability and promptness made the experience completely free from stress. His attention to the little things was, especially to first time buyers, outstanding. He is what anyone would want in an agent and then a whole lot more. We wouldn't be where we are without him. And we kind of miss him.
