Chuck was recommended to us. Originally we weren’t sure about selling. Chuck gave good advice but was in no way pushy. We felt comfortable and relaxed with him. When we decided to sell, Chuck explained everything and because we had a sitting tenant he was discreet and respectful regarding photography and showings which we were grateful for. We were always able to contact Chuck and he took time to explain anything we weren’t sure about. We will definitely use his services again.
