Chuck is the most detailed and thorough realtor we've ever had the pleasure of dealing with. He was attentive to our needs, was willing to go to any lengths to get us 'our' house. At no time did we feel like we were being sold, instead Chuck would provide us with the pros and cons so that we could make informed decisions. He went above and beyond helping with home inspections, recommending lawyers and was available when we needed him. Chuck was excellent with communications with us.We were up dated during the entire process of selling our house. Also it was the beginning of covid and Chuck was very aware of the safety issues needed to keep us safe and people viewing our house safe. Chuck took it upon himself to arrange a cleaner to come in and make sure our house was spotless on closing day. I would recommend Chuck to anyone selling their home.
