Incredibly knowledgeable, knows his numbers, will go the distance to make the difference between having a house and loving a home. Makes you as the client feel empowered with knowledge instead of intimidated, especially if you are a bit wet behind the ears with real estate lingo (like myself :) Takes the time, even though there are a hundred other things going on behind the scenes, the focus is in YOU as the client, and you get his undivided attention. Chris is a fantastic choice as a real estate agent. He goes above and beyond to meet your every need. Chris is a very talented agent who is well-informed and aware of market conditions. I found him to be very realistic as well and was pleased that he didn't think that my home had to be emptied and pristine like a model home in order to sell. Sadly there are a lot of agents who subscribe to this theory which I don't believe works very well and can create a lot of stress for sellers. Chris went to a lot of work to make a very pleasing and successful open house. He uses a lot of detail and was constantly in touch so I didn't have to wonder about what was going on. He has also been in touch with me since the sale of my home if it was something that he thought was of interest to me. I also valued the monthly mailings with lots of pertinent information, not just about selling your home or the real estate market, but life skills like getting out of debt and saving for retirement. I would definitely recommend Chris" expertise to anyone who is contemplating any real estate transaction.

Working with Chris was a real treat. Chris was full of information and very happy to over his advice when requested. The real difference maker for me was that the lines of communication didn't end at the signing. I didn't feel like a transaction and I've been in touch with Chris many times after that fact.
