I am the Realtor for the buyer's side. Christine was professional in ALL aspects of the process and I was treated with courtesy and respect in everything that was done. She was more than accommodating in her dealings with me and my clients, and the transaction that could have been much worse, went very smoothly, mainly because of her efforts. Excellent Realtor! She asked us what we expected of a realtor....we answered " honesty" and that's what received throughout the sales process. She strived and succeeded in selling our home quickly, with reasonable conditions, within our pricing expectations. Christine made our experience buying a home from out of province go smoothly. She was pleasant, professional and supported us through each stage of the process.

We had limited time to find a property because our previous home sold very quick. Christine understood the urgency and got on it. We had a lot of fun working with Christine and would not hesitate engaging again next time we look for property.

I was a FTHB shopping for a new duplex of which Christine showed me several on the same block. We viewed two that were listed for 378k - 385k and I asked her what to realistically offer, she lead me to believe that there was no room for negotiation on new homes (these were MLS listed) and suggested starting at 370k and eventually settling at 375k. I felt that wasn't a strong negotiation but she convinced me the market was heating up. I backed out of making the offer but I am now aware that the two properties sold for 343 and 357k respectively, likely due to their backyards facing a noisy commercial property. I would have been devastated to know that I overpaid by such a huge degree. I want to meet the realtor who advised their client to start the offer at 340 or whatever the figure and arrive at 343!
