Having a strong part of my business coming from these referrals by other agents, is something I’ve always been grateful for, and work very hard to continue to earn. They tell me it’s mostly because I deliver a more personal approach, on top of the expert skills everybody needs. It also boils down to personality and knowing that we will likely get along well, because these agents know me, and they know their clients.

This is a big deal and provides enormous confidence and trust for lots of my clients. I’m proud to be one of Canada’s most referred agents and most of all, to be able to provide the higher-level knowledge and skills that people really need for maximum success. For many years now as a form of thanks, I’ve hosted a charity fundraiser at the annual national conventions for REALTORS®. Each year we raise thousands of dollars for The Children’s Miracle Network. Giving Back
I’ve also sat on the board for the REALTORS® Community Foundation for 7 years as president, and currently a past president continuing to help the community in every way I can. The foundation promotes and raises money for small local Edmonton charities. One year, we were able to give over $400,000 to 50 charities in need.
