Coming from Ontario and having a father that was in real estate for 30 years, I had high expectations from an agent. Christine was a pleasure to work with, responded quickly to messages and texts. Was knowledgeable about the area I was looking to purchase my condo. Christine assisted me with the purchase of my condo Oct 2008, and the selling of the property April 2018. I would definitely recommend Christine to anyone who needs a realtor.

What I needed from an agent was a tall order. I was going to be in town for 72 hours one month before I had to be moving in. I was relocating from Ontario and had only been to Edmonton once before for a separate 72 hours with little time to see the city. I reached out to Christine with less than two weeks before my house hunting trip. She called me back within hours and I explained my situation which included providing a list of 52 properties I was interested in. Testing the waters I commented that I'd like to see "at least 25 of them" thinking this was an unreasonable ask. Fast forward to two hours after my plane lands in Edmonton and Christine has me touring my top pick. The first of 18 stops for the day. In one weekend, Christine not only managed to show me 30+ properties, she showed me around the city, shared her experiences and gave advice that I know now to be entirely genuine and helpful to a transplant, and facilitated an offer and purchase of a condo. Christine was phenomenal throughout the process and turned what should have been a daunting process into the pure excitement that we all want out house hunting/buying to be. If you're seeking a recommendation, here's mine: working with anyone else would be foolish.

She was happy to explain areas and show me around. She answered all my questions quickly and accurately and she was flexible and responsive. I would not hesitate to recommend Christine to anybody looking to relocate to Edmonton!

Christine always puts the needs of her clients first and is willing to whatever she can to ensure they are happy and find exactly what they are looking for. Not only has Christine fulfill her role as my realtor, but she has helped me to rent my place and ensure that my potential renters were good candidates.
