Christiaan has shown and proven to be a sincere caring human being at a time when it was needed for the situation I was going through with a divorce and the sale of our house. I first met Christiaan thru recommendations from our mortgage broker when we bought our home. From that time it was apparent to me that he was an individual who Cared about the outcome of the sale, worked and extended his self to ensure our satisfaction. It was not just focused on the sale and make money. It was about putting the client first making sure everything was understood to best of his ability and if he did not have answers reach out to others so he could provide an answer for us. 4 years later with my situation I needed someone who had earned my trust. My first action was to reach out to Christiaan to see if he was willing to help us through the difficult time after I explained what was happening. His answer was yes of course I can help with that. Then enquiring about us and our well being. Again extending his self in a caring and concerning manner that was above any business practice. With out doubt if I have future need of a Realtor I would call on Christiaan. For people I meet who need help with home purchase/sales I give them Christiaan's contact info. This helped me to make confident decisions. The process was smooth, as he kept in touch with me throughout the process, allowing for timely exchanges of documents. In a short space of time we developed a rapport that greatly helped during the negotiating process, as we didn't have to slow things down dealing with minutiae.
