Christiaan was our agent when we recently purchased a house in Courtenay BC and we cannot imagine a better realtor. He was extremely knowledgeable about all aspects of the house and neighbourhood, as well as the purchase process. He inspired trust right from our first phone conversation, and his calm reassuring manner made the whole thing go very smoothly. I should add that we purchased the home in Courtenay from the other end of the country, (Ottawa), and Christiaan was very accommodating with regards to all the extra challenges this long-distance purchase involved. Highly recommended.

Working with Christiaan was such a wonderful experience on both the purchase and sale of our home. He took a lot of the stress out of the process for us as he’s very knowledgeable and is able to communicate the complicated language and terms/rules in a way that is simple and understandable. He is quick to respond to all questions and concerns. He sets out requirements and expectations clearly and made himself available to assist us, at every step, when we needed it. Christiaan has a warm personality and great sense of humour. We highly recommend him to anyone looking to sell or purchase a home.

I had a fantastic experience with Christiaan. It was my first time looking at new properties without much outside help from family members , and he made the process easy to understand , laying out the steps from start to finish and guiding me through the process. His advice was well thought out, to the point but most importantly honest, which helped me make the right decisions. He was knowledgeable on each area/property we visited, and if I had any questions he wasn’t able to answer he was able to find the answer in a timely manner. As a person who has only bought and sold a few homes in my lifetime, I found Christiaan's help, guidance and professionalism to be exemplary. He, initially, met with us to establish a price line, well prepared and knowledgeable. We found his recommendation to be logical and well thought out. The preparation and process of selling the home was timely and well organized. We were very lucky that our home sold in only a few days, and above market value, but all of the preparations were made to get our home to market. After the sale we were no longer in the community and were making preparations for the property transfer from afar. Christiaan, willingly, facilitated anything that we were unable to initiate.
