We listed our property we had owned and occupied for 38 years for sale with Chrstiaan Horsfall. Having helped us buy our first home 8 years ago it was easy to know whom to turn to when looking to sell and buy our second home...Christiaan. From start to finish Christiaan was one call away with questions, he has in-depth knowledge of the market for our area and his negotiation skills helped us get more for our first home than we would have imagined.
