Christiaan was a huge asset in my wife and I's latest home purchase. While we have bought a home previously we were moving to a brand new community and having somebody who knows the area as well as he does was a big help. He made sure that we know what to expect at time of closing and making offers, was a big help with giving his opinion on the properties and listening to our list of needs, wants, nice to have's.
