Chris helped us find our home when we relocated to Edmonton in 2018. We had many questions which he always answered in a timely and gracious manner. There was a lot of back and forth with the seller and he did a great job representing our interests.

Chris helped us buy a property from a distance (we live in BC). He found properties based on two sales that we were interested in and offered advice when we asked for it.
During the viewings we offered criticisms and he responded with answers or with the promise of answers. For instance, we viewed a property that was built in the 60's that had a new in-suite washer/dryer and we couldn't find the vent. He suggested that we either go with another property, or put in our conditions that it is subject to review, information on the venting, and inspection. While this did not make our decision for us, it helped inform us of what we needed to look for in future properties.
We had decided to purchase a condo and were about to submit an offer when he found another condo in the same building that was asking for less but seemed better maintained. While we had journeyed to Edmonton for a set of viewings, we were not able to do it a second time, so Chris did a walk through of the property for us and we ended up buying that condo.
