Great service went above and beyond. When my garage opener was stolen Chris showed up and disconnected the garage himself.

Chris brings a great combination of experience, relaxed demeanor, and yet a focus on providing value. This was especially true when it came to the negotiation period where he made that process really smooth despite us buying this remotely.

I’ve had an amazing experience with Chris. The house buying experience, while very exciting, seemed a bit daunting and overwhelming. Chris was fabulous and extremely patient with me. He answered all of my questions quickly and accurately. When there was some element of the purchase process I did not understand he took the time to explain everything to me. He was knowledgeable about every area of the city, house values, neighbourhood issues, resale value and tons of other things I never would have considered. I dragged him all over the city and sometimes multiple days in a row and he was so accommodating and reliable. He was super friendly, easy to talk to and joked around, making this somewhat stressful experience much more enjoyable. He helped with every stage of the purchase and the closing which was extremely helpful as I was kind of lost. I highly recommend using Chris as your agent. You won’t regret it.

He went to bat for us to make sure we got exactly what we wanted in a new home and continues to help us, checking in with us and checking on the progress of our new build home, and Speaking to the builders on our behalf.
